Jenny and Neil - wedding photography at St Peters Church, Cranbourne and Lillibrooke Manor, Berkshire 31 Aug 2010 No Comments

Jenny and Neil were married at St Peters Church, Cranbourne and the reception was at Lillibrooke Manor, Berkshire. I loved Jennys dress (Sassi Holford) and the vintage flowers. The reception venue was dressed in a country theme with lots of home grown flowers.

There was amazing light after dinner so I managed to persuade Jenny and Neil to go for a short walk to get some more photographs of the two of them.

Jack and Jenny - wedding photography at Offley Place, Hertfordshire 29 Aug 2010 No Comments

Offley Place is a wonderful setting for an intimate wedding. Jenny and Jack were married outside in the rose garden and the wedding breakfast was in the garden room, with beautiful views.

Jenny is a fashion designer, so there was a stunning wedding dress and details to photograph. We were able to do some more ‘fashion’ type poses with them, although Jack was a little self conscious about being photographed at first, he soon relaxed into the photography…

I love them all, thank you!

James and Alicia - wedding photography at Eton College Chapel and Queens Eyot, Berkshire 16 Aug 2010 No Comments

James and Alicia were married in Eton College Chapel, with stunning architecture. The reception was at Queens Eyot, an island in Berkshire!

Another great wedding, I loved their first dance to Hungry Eyes from Dirty Dancing!

We received the DVD today. Thank you SO much. The photos are absolutely breathtaking. Amazing to see how many moments you captured! You will make lots of people very happy, not just James and me!

Neil and Lucy - wedding photography at St Michaels Church, Steventon and The Swan in Streatley, Berkshire 06 Aug 2010 No Comments

One of the best things about my job is seeing new places. St Michaels Church in the village of Steventon is like stepping back in time and its only 40 minutes from where we live. The reception was at the Swan in Streatley. I must admit I’ve wanted to photograph there for a while.

We photographed Neils sisters wedding 4 years ago in July, another red hot day with a riverside wedding venue.

Lucy and Richard - wedding photography at Queens Eyot, Berkshire 02 Aug 2010 No Comments

A fun and creatively styled wedding. The wedding was at St Michaels Church, Bray and the reception at Queens Eyot, an unusual and quirky venue set on an island in Berkshire. Guests are transported to the venue by boat.

The colours from this wedding look great, they are jumping out of the screen! I found it hard to choose my favourite wedding photographs for the blog but here they are.

Thank you, I got the photos today - they are amazing and there are so many

Alice and Brad, wedding photography in West Clandon, Surrey 23 Jun 2010 No Comments

Alice and Brad got married at St Peter and Pauls church in West Clandon. We photographed Alice’s sister’s wedding there last autumn. We set up a confetti shot outside the church. When I was looking through the photographs, I noticed Alice had the same expression as Emma! Not many brides look up when confetti is being thrown!

The vicar mentioned that he loved an Anderson wedding because of the music, I love the details from an Anderson wedding. In the morning I photograph the dresses and the jewellery. The bridesmaids shoes were dyed to match the dresses, giving them a vintage look. Alice’s dress was customised with a Jenny Packham motif. I noticed that Alice’s ring was particularly shiny; this was achieved by soaking it in gin!

The marquee looked stunning, with purple flowers and fairy lights.

Caroline and Oliver - wedding photography at Warminster, Wiltshire 08 Jun 2010 No Comments

Caroline and Oliver married at St Peter and St Paul, Longbridge Deverill. The reception was held in the barn at Hill Devil Manor, with a beautiful lake setting. The weather was unusually cold for May but Caroline and Oliver braved the weather for the wedding photographs.

Caroline had a beautiful vintage theme, with vintage inspired flowers and accessories. The wedding dress was designed by Sassi Holford. I loved the wedding dress, I know I say that every week!

The band, Madhen were funky and quite different to most wedding bands. They certainly got the party going!

Thank you Julie - they look fantastic!
