Fiona and David – wedding photography at Barnett Hill, Surrey 27 May 2011 No Comments
Here are just a few of my favourite images from Fiona and Davids wedding. Fiona wore a beautiful dress from Maggie Sottero which had lace flowers on it. Fiona’s hairdresser since childhood did her hair and Fiona bravely did her own make-up. She wasn’t nervous at all and looked like she thoroughly loved every minute of her day.
The wedding took place in St Edwards the Confessor, Sutton Green, near Guildford. It was the prettiest Catholic church I’ve ever seen. Despite it being the vicars first wedding, photography was allowed and he delivered a confident service.
The reception was held at Barnett Hill, a Queen Anne-style Country House with wonderful grounds and the interior is stunning, with a spectacular staircase. If you are considering this venue, the website doesn’t do the it justice!
The photos look amazing
Chris and Sarah – wedding photography at Coverwood Lakes 20 May 2011 No Comments
Chris and Sarah got married in St Mark church in Peaslake with a reception at the beautiful Coverwood Lakes. Coverwood Lakes is quite a magical venue and exclusive too as they only do about 6 weddings a year.
Regrettably the vicar at St Mark did not allow any photography during the service, so we had to make up for the lack of coverage during the drinks reception.
Before the wedding we spoke in detail about the type of wedding photography the couple wanted. Chris and Sarah preferred natural photographs of the two of them, as neither of them were very keen about being photographed! For the wedding photographs we made use of the stunning grounds that had come into flower earlier than expected due to this hot spring.
For the remaining drinks reception we got lots of informal photographs of the guests. The fashion for wedding guest seems to be bright pink and that was just the guys! Three men turned up in bright pink shirts, I assumed they were part of a club but apparently they didn’t know each other!
Sarah choose a purple colour theme, an usual but classic Pronovias wedding dress and their wedding cake was made of doughnuts, I must say it smelt very tasty. Everyone danced the night away to their band, rollercoaster.
We have received the photographs – they’re super, thanks! We’re very happy
Sarah and Phil – wedding photography at Northbrook Park, Surrey 26 Oct 2010 No Comments
Sarah and Phil got married at Northbrook Park in Surrey. Northbrook Park really is a beautiful venue. The Orangey where the wedding was held is a lovely light room, with views on to the garden.
Sarah got ready in one of the new apartments at Northbrook Park. Sarah doesn’t normally wear make-up but had her make-up applied professionally and it looked very natural. She looked stunning in her Benjamin Roberts fishtail wedding gown. The wedding dress shop even made earrings to match the dress detail.
The weather wasn’t kind to Sarah and Phil so the reception drinks were inside the marquee. It didn’t matter as the guests were certainly enjoying themselves and we captured lots of laughter!
The rain held off long enough for us to do the photographs of the couple outside in the gardens. Sarah and Phil didn’t want too spend long on the couple shots, so we literally just went for a walk in the beautiful gardens and the rest of the coverage was documentary.
The unusual favours were shot glasses with each guests names painted on. Different liqueurs were left on each table. As we left the wedding guests were doing shots, I’m sure later on, it was a lively party!

Nick and Kathryn wedding photography at Pennyhill Park, Surrey 18 May 2010 No Comments
Kathryn and Nick had wonderful weather for their wedding in St. Anne’s Church, Bagshot followed by a reception at Pennyhill Park. Kathryn looking stunning in her Caroline Castigliano wedding dress. The veil which I assumed was to match the dress was actually ‘something borrowed’, antique from her grandmother.
One of my favourite photographs is of Kathryn getting ready and just about to put the veil over her head. The veil formed the shape of a butterfly.
After a church service in Kathryns family church the reception was at Pennyhill Park. Pennyhill Park has a beautiful staircase, which we used for the photographs. We also took advantage of the sunny April weather and took some photographs of the couple in Pennyhill Parks gardens. We kept the style of the photographs to be very natural.
The speeches and wedding breakfast were held in the Balmoral Suite, which was decorated with lavish floral displays by Victoria Sullivan. Using our new Nikon digital cameras we were able to photograph all the laughter of the speeches discreetly without using flash.
Here are a few of my favourite images from the day.

Emma and Will got married at St Peter and Pauls Church, West Clandon church. The reception was at Pennyhill Park in Surrey, one of my favourite venues. I loved Emma’s unusual aqua blue theme, in the morning there were lots of details to photograph; I was in accessory heaven!
We photographed Wills sister’s wedding a few years back during the July floods! Emma and Will were luckier with the weather but we took quite a few couple shots inside, as the venue has stunning architecture.
Here are just a few of my favourites, so many photographs to choose from, it was difficult to pick just a few…

Emma and Paul – Nutfield Priory, Surrey 26 Mar 2009 No Comments
Emma and Paul choose a small and intimate wedding for close family and friends. They got married at one of our favourite venues, Nutfield Priory. Nutfield Priory has beautiful gothic architecture, which provides stunning backdrops for
photographs. We managed to capture nearly 300 memories for them in three and half hours! Here is a small selection.
We absolutely love them! You’ve done a brilliant job – thank you!!
